§ 1. General Provisions

1. The online store operating at www.panther4u.pl is run by the company: Produkcja i Sprzedaż Odzieży i Galanterii Skórzanej Stefan Dudziak (abbreviated as: P.I.S.O.I.G.S. Stefan Dudziak) ul. Mieszka I 4a, 32-660 Chełmek, Poland.

§ 2. Order processing and delivery time

1. The store proceeds with the execution of the order:

• after its confirmation by the customer – in the case of cash on delivery (COD) shipments,

• after the payment is credited to the bank account – in the case of prepayment.

2. The order processing time ranges from 48 hours to 14 days, depending on product availability. The customer is informed about the exact processing time immediately after placing the order.

3. Delivery is carried out via DPD or InPost courier companies.

4. A VAT invoice is issued at the customer’s request.

§ 3. Delivery costs and methods Delivery costs vary depending on the chosen payment method and carrier:

1. Shipping after prepayment to a bank account:

• InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty) – 12.90 PLN

• InPost Courier – 14.90 PLN

• DPD Courier – 16.00 PLN

2. Cash on delivery shipping (payable upon receipt to the courier or at the parcel locker):

• InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty) – 14.90 PLN

• InPost Courier – 16.90 PLN

• DPD Courier – 20.00 PLN

§ 4. Right of withdrawal and returns

1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. It is also possible to withdraw from the contract before the goods are shipped.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the store of their decision in writing within the aforementioned period (by mail to the registered address or by email to sklep@panther4u.pl).

3. Only items in an unaltered condition, with a complete set of original tags, are subject to return. The shipping costs associated with returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

4. The returned goods should be sent to the following address: P.I.S.O.I.G.S. Stefan Dudziak, 32-660 Chełmek, ul. Mieszka I 4a, Poland.

5. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of the goods (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded immediately, no later than 14 days from the day the decision to withdraw is received. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless the parties agree otherwise.

6. Exceptions to the right of return: Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to non-prefabricated products, manufactured strictly according to the consumer’s specifications. This includes leather clothing:

• with modified cut and/or size,

• in a non-standard leather color and/or with a different lining color than shown in the photos on the product page,

• custom-made to measure according to the consumer’s instructions.

7. In case of any reservations regarding the fit of the product (both standard and non-prefabricated), the store offers free tailoring alterations.

§ 5. Complaints

1. Every product sold in our online store is subject to a complaint procedure in the event of the product’s non-conformity with the sales contract or manufacturing defects.

2. Complaints should be submitted:

3. The store processes complaints within 14 days from the date of their submission.
